Silk Laboratories offers a full refund, including shipping costs, for any order cancelled within
24 hours of purchase.

Cancellations Within 24 Hours

To request a cancellation and refund, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will issue a full refund to the original
payment method, including any shipping costs paid at checkout.

Orders Cancelled After 24 Hours

Orders cancelled after 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund if they have already been
processed, packed, or shipped.

Shipped Orders

Once an order has shipped, shipping costs are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an
error made by Silk Laboratories.
